Cone

Magnet Cone

Each ball is around 5mm or so. It was near impossible to get it in focus on the shot even with the manual focus macro. The light inside the cone was quite low, and having most of the balls in focus required a small aperture (and thus long exposure). With every little vibration of the building every little reflection off the balls would move making it look blurry. I think it turned out well.

Good morning

Good morning!

By passing out in my apartment, you hereby grant rights to become an art project.

Hungry!

Not an entry exactly….

I was just in a Craftster swap on craftster.org where I had to send my partner 24 photos and a picture frame. I was set on using various earthy fabrics for the frame as my partner is into both quilting and earthy and autumn color schemes. So here’s a little teaser for the frame:

I posted all the photos on Craftster. Here’s the link to the full post for the frame:

I also refurbished a 99-cent brag book with pretty scrapbooking paper as a way to present the prints:

I suppose I could have tried really hard to make it fit into one of the categories…..but I am already working on a popcorn entry that hopefully will work out and I have a plan for rain that I’m quite excited about. I’ll try and get my popcorn piece up this month…also I just need new categories. Hint hint hint!

Just because…

Today I made some cookies, and wanted to share with you all the photo I took of them. Enjoy!
